1: The history of guacamole originated from the aztecs.
2: They called it ahuaca-mulli.
3: Spaniards liked guacamole three ways, with salt, with sugar or both.
4: ahuaca-mulli means avocado sauce or avocado mixture.
5: Adding a hint of lime juice helps preserve the color of guacamole.
