Padres: Parents!

Parents of my students:
I hope you check out our blog, we will be using it throughout the year! If you would like to post a comment about anything related to Español, this is the place you can try it! If you want to do the same assignments as your children feel free or maybe you've just heard or encountered Spanish in your life recently! Please Share!
I have been very interested in learning how many of the estudiantes have Spanish speaking relatives!  Sharing your experiences of learning Spanish or how you continue to use Spanish today might be interesting to share!

i researched about guacomole and its history and found some facts about it is mostly a mexican food but is a commoun dip for most of the worldits main ingredient is avocados the best avocado to use is a hass avocado all the ingrediants include the followimg 2 aocados madura, una cebolla pequeña, un tomate mediano, 1 cucharada de cilantro picado, una tercera taza de crema agria, una cucharada de jugo de limón, salsa de tabasco, al gusto some facts are it was used back in acient atec time and aztecs referr to guacamole as ahuaca mulli which basically means like an avacodo sauce or a avacado mixture, and that guacamole became quite popular among the spainards and back when the aztecs used it it had the highest amount of fat for a fruit which not much fat was consumed by the aztecs and the spainards like there guacomole three ways with salt with sugar or with both thi food is usually served at lunch but it can be served in america at night for ocassions and guacamole is usually served with corn chipsthe variations usually just include the type of avacado but some say that the best one to use is the hass avacado which is a green to purpilish black when ripe and is usually served with other typical snacks to see a photo or read more go to www.gourmetsleuth.com/articles/avocado/recipies/guacamole.aspy
